Depending on the season, we offer one of two Java Estate coffees, Jampit or Blawan. Each of these beans has similar characteristics, but we choose the crop that has the best individual characteristics at the time of cupping. Java has a distinctive taste that is full bodied and nutty with hints of chocolate in the undertones. We roast our Java to bring out the complex nature of the bean without making it flat as a result of over roasting.
